DELIVERY POLICY 

With respect to delivery of your product, The Matcha ClubAu offers third party postal services through registered Australian post, with pricing of shipping based on Australian Post standards. We will ensure there are records of your delivery being posted from our end, but unfortunately, there may be delays from the third party provider, or circumstances that are not within our control (i.e., stand downs, misplaced items by the third party provided). Should any of the former occur, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can best assist you.

LOCAL DELIVERY 

For those within the specified area (check shipping information on our products); we will ensure there is a photo of the parcel upon delivery. Should you be eligible for this delivery, we may send you a follow up email or message to mark the confirmation of delivery. 

 

PAYMENTS

With respect to payment terms, our website utilises third party providers for payment options (Square and PayPal). We recommend that you exercise regular safety precautions when utilising online payment platforms such as the aforementioned. Should there be any issues with instant payment through the third party providers, we recommend directly reaching out to them and notifying us, so we can best assist you through the process.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds, repairs, warranties and cancellations; the Matcha ClubAu will look at each individual matter on an individual basis. Should there be a genuine defect, or flaw with the product, we encourage you to email us @ the following address: info@matchaclub.com.au, as soon as possible for a replacement. 

 

Note: defects are not considered general wear and tear after your usage of the product. 

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​The Matcha Club Au is the sole owner of all intellectual property on this (our), website and relating social media accounts.

We kindly ask that you do not use our images, branding and any other imagery, text or association to The Matcha ClubAu without express agreement by us (the business). ​

 

Any use of our name, concept, or design, whether that be through website and, or, social platforms without formal agreement can be met with legal action, under Australian Intellectual Property Laws (IPL).

Note: this does not include customers who in good faith, wish to showcase our product on social media and online platforms i.e., explaining and showcasing the product itself. We always encourage you to tag us, reach out, and showcase what you've made. We'd love to see it!
