Where is your matcha farm ?Our matcha farm is based in Wazuka, close to Uji Japan (city)! Wazuka is one of the main tea plantation areas in Japan where the Uji practices continue to this day! Our farm is also over 100+ years old, so we look forward to helping them continue their legacy for another 100 years to come (and more)!

What is the difference between the matcha's?Each matcha is unique and with different flavour profiles. For our matcha selection, we've curated a step system with increasing umami and colour as you go up! 1. Yama = entry level matcha, deep green when made, light and floral notes. 2. Oku = middle matcha, brighter green, more creamy and nutty undertones. 3. (Secret third matcha coming soon...) = strongest in the range, bright green, complex and deep flavour.
